Der Name des Programms lautet „Diplom für Elektriker und Wartung von Haushaltsgeräten (DEDAM)'. Nach der Analyse wurde festgestellt, dass das Selbstlernmaterial (SIM) nützlich und für das Erlernen der Programminhalte geeignet ist. Das Selbstlernmaterial erfüllt die Ziele des Programms. Die Befragten schlagen vor, dass aufgrund verschiedener Entwicklungen täglich neue elektrische Haushaltsgeräte auf den Markt kommen und daher zusätzliche Informationen zu den neuen Geräten durch die Organisation von Gastvorträgen von Experten auf dem betreffenden Gebiet bereitgestellt werden sollten.
