Dieser Vorgang wird durch einen „immer kürzer werdenden Lebenszyklus von Produkten und den immer schnelleren technologischen Wandel der Umwelt- und Wettbewerbsbedingungen beschleunigt.' Um so ein Projekt erfolgreich durchführen zu können, ist es erforderlich, systematisch und auch methodengestützt vorzugehen. Auch die Projektorganisation erhält in diesem Zusammenhang eine immer größere Bedeutung.In dieser Hausarbeit wird auf die Einbindung von Projekten in einem Unternehmen durch Projektorganisation eingegangen. Im Bezug dazu wird als erstes die Projektorganisation definiert und danach einige grundsätzliche Aspekte der Projektorganisation erläutert. Anschließend werden drei Projektorganisationsformen: die Projektkoordination, die reine Projektorganisation sowie die Matrix-Projektorganisation und deren Einbindung in ein Unternehmen beschrieben. Abschließend werden die Projektorganisationsformen verglichen und erklärt, wann welche Form am sinnvollsten für ein Projekt in einem Unternehmen zu wählen ist.
