魏晋南北朝（公元220～公元589年）是中国历史上政权更迭频繁，社会混乱，民族冲突尖锐的时期。这时期的诗歌仍然在文学上占有最重要的地位，题材也更多样化，成为动乱的三百多年的一面镜子。诗歌的形式和风格也更丰富。五言诗得到了大发展。出现的七言歌行，为以后的七言诗的发展做出了贡献。南北朝的民歌也十分令人惊奇。本集所选的爱情诗歌，有的出自民歌，有的出自文人作家。可以发现，大多数情诗以女性题材为主，其叙述者为男性，而诗中的主人翁则为女性。因此那些为数不多的女性叙述者的作品，则格外特别和迷人。此时期的情诗，常常直接描写女性容貌和神态，或以物兴怀、烘托女性行为和心心理。另外，地域文化的差异也反映在情诗里。南方的爱情表达较含蓄，受礼教的束缚较深。而北方的所表达的情感更直接、率真，可谓是'爱无罪'！The Weijin Nanbei Dynasties (AD 220-589) were a period of frequent regime changes, social chaos, and sharp ethnic conflicts in Chinese history. The poetry of this period still occupied the most significant position in literature, and the subjects were more diverse, becoming a mirror of the turbulent three hundred years and more. Poetry was also richer in form and style. Five-character poetry was incredibly developed. The appearance of the Seven-character form contributed to developing such a poetry style in the future. The folk songs of the Northern and Southern Dynasties were also surprisingly beautiful.The love poems selected in this episode are from folk songs and literati writers. Most love poems feature female subjects, male narrators, and female protagonists. So the works of those few female narrators are extra remarkable and fascinating. It is typical for love poems of this period to directly describe women’s appearances and demeanors or use material objects to express their feelings and emotions. A love poem is also affected by regional cultural differences. In the south, love is expressed more subtly, and etiquette plays a significant role. In the North, emotions are expressed more directly and frankly, which can be described as 'love is innocent'!
