'随着社会的发展和经济水平的提高,休闲运动已成为人们日常生活必不可少的组成部分。高尔夫这项绅士休闲运动,以其特有的魅力,决定了它将成为本世纪受欢迎的运动项目之一。自2009年高尔夫运动被列为2016年巴西里约热内卢奥运会正式比赛项目以来,高尔夫产业在中国逐步展现出蓬勃发展的态势。高尔夫运动助理作为高尔夫运动从业人员的主力军,是高尔夫运动产业中为基础和重要的环节,然而其培训和教育现状不容乐观。高尔夫运动助理的培养缺乏一套标准的体系和正规教材,以及客观的评级标准,使得高尔夫运动助理的教育与培训难以保证。这种现状严重影响了中国专业高尔夫运动助理人才质量的提高,从而会导致高尔夫运动专业人才后备力量严重不足的局面。作者简介张祥，女，1992年毕业于北京体育大学体育教育专业。2003年在威海创办了山东省唯一一所高尔夫专业学校--大华高尔夫学校。至今，一直致力于高尔夫教育事业的理论研究与实践探索工作。　　2007年，张祥组织了'市长杯'首届全国公园高尔夫公开赛，率先提出了'中国高尔夫必须走向平民化，以教育发展为基础'的大众高尔夫运动发展理念，得到了国家体育总局及各级政府领导的支持和新闻媒体的一致好评。　　其创办的大华高尔夫学校培训的3000多名高尔夫运动助理和100多名高尔夫管理专业人才，效力于全国各大高尔夫球场。
