O presente trabalho foca na educação inclusiva e nos desafios enfrentados pelos docentes. A pesquisa teve como objetivo geral analisar os desafios e possibilidades docentes na educação inclusiva, buscando compreender a complexidade dessa prática pedagógica. Os objetivos específicos foram: compreender a trajetória histórica da educação inclusiva e investigar ações docentes em sala de aula inclusiva. A metodologia adotada foi a análise qualiquantitativa, com a aplicação de um questionário sobre práticas e desafios inclusivos. Os resultados indicaram a necessidade de personalização, adaptação e cooperação para atender às diferentes necessidades dos alunos com Necessidades Educacionais Especiais. A análise destacou a consciência dos docentes sobre as complexidades na promoção da inclusão, especialmente nas Salas de Recursos Multifuncionais. Como futura pedagoga, a pesquisa proporcionou uma compreensão aprofundada dos desafios, fortalecendo minha formação e compromisso com um sistema educacional mais inclusivo e transformador, evidenciando caminhos para práticas reflexivas e centradas no aluno.
