Concern about environmental degradation has prompted States around the world to plan and adopt a wide range of measures to halt, or at least minimize, rates of environmental degradation. To do this, an econometric model is proposed; Multinomial Logit, which has explained that there is an indirect correlation between the application of the ISC on fuels and air pollution.
