'在這紛繁複雜的世界裡,人永遠是最危險的動物想要在社會立足,知人識人是你不可或缺的技能►社會是一個萬花筒,人活在這個世界上就是要與人交流,你不可能因為對方是小人而與之斷絕一切交往,有些時候利益面前,你必須學會適應──▎口蜜腹劍型小人──他笑著談事情,你笑著猛點頭•如果他是主管:他讓你做任何事都一口答應。他和氣,你要比他更客氣。萬一他要你做的事情你實在不願意,也不能當面拒絕或翻臉,只能笑著推諉,誓死不接受。•如果他是同事:最簡單的應付方式是裝不認識。如果他想親近你,就找理由馬上閃開。盡量避免和做同一件工作,萬一避不開,就要留下工作記錄。•如果他是下屬:只要注意三點:其一找獨立的工作或位置給他;其二不讓他有任何機會接近主管;其三對他表情保持嚴肅,不帶笑容。▎專拍馬屁型小人──不可與他為敵,沒必要得罪他•如果他是主管:要和他好好相處,他拍馬屁對你無害。•如果他是同事:平時見面還是笑臉相迎、和氣相處。如果你有意孤立他,或者招惹他,他就可能把你當作往上爬的墊腳石。•如果他是下屬:要冷靜對待他的阿諛逢迎,看看他是何居心。▎尖酸刻薄型小人──保持距離,靜待他引起眾怒•如果他是主管:你唯一可做的事就是換部門或換工作。但在事情還沒有定案時,不要讓他知道。否則,他的一輪人身攻擊,你恐怕會承受不了。•如果他是同事:和他保持距離,不要惹他,聽到一兩句刺激的話就裝沒聽見,千萬不能動怒,否則吃虧的是你。•如果他是下屬:你得多花時間在他身上,有事沒事和他聊聊天,講一些人生的善良面,告訴他做人厚道自有其好處。▎挑撥離間型小人──最好謹言慎行•如果你是主管:你首先要在公司內建立個人信譽。萬一有是非發生,你得盡量化解,同時保持著「能做就做,不能做就走」的寬廣心胸。•如果他是同事:你除謹言慎行和保持距離外,最重要的是你必須與其他同事建立同盟關係,將他孤立起來。如果他挑撥或離間,都不要受影響。•如果他是下屬:你要想辦法弄走他。如果下不了手,那被孤立的就是你。 ***►笑的習慣各有不同,大笑、蔑笑、抿嘴一笑......都在傳遞著各種感情──▎笑聲爽朗的人這類人多是坦率熱情的。他們是行動果斷,絕不拖泥帶水。他們雖然表面上看起來很堅強,但內心基本上極其脆弱。▎笑聲斷斷續續的人這類人性情大多是冷漠的。他們比較實際,不會輕易付出。他們能觀察到他人心裡在想些什麼,然後投其所好,待機行事。▎笑聲尖銳刺耳的人這類人具有冒險精神且精力較充沛。他們的感情細膩和豐富,生活態度積極樂觀,為人比較忠誠和可靠。▎發出「吃吃」笑聲的人這類人多是嚴格要求自己的。他們想像力豐富,創造性也很強,常會有驚人的舉動,而且他們很有幽默感,這是聰明和智慧的自然流露。★本書特色:本書是針對生活和工作中,看人識人、用人管人、說話做事、交際往來等不可避免的社交學問,本書經專家專業指導,是讓你能夠全面運用性格科學的心理勵志讀物。
