Le droghe sono state utilizzate fin dalle prime civiltà. Inizialmente venivano utilizzate soprattutto nei rituali religiosi. Dal XX secolo, con la comparsa di nuove droghe, soprattutto sintetiche, queste sostanze sono diventate un problema per la società nel suo complesso. Sebbene questo problema sociale riguardi l’intera popolazione, l’ambiente scolastico è un luogo in cui gli effetti possono essere ancora più dannosi, poiché colpiscono una parte molto importante della popolazione, gli adolescenti. In quest’ottica, lo scopo di questo studio è quello di conoscere le conoscenze degli studenti del settimo anno della scuola Divina Providência in materia di droghe, quali mezzi utilizzano per acquisire informazioni su queste sostanze e se questi studenti hanno mai fatto uso di sostanze psicoattive.
