Drogen werden seit den frühesten Zivilisationen verwendet. Ursprünglich wurden sie hauptsächlich bei religiösen Ritualen verwendet. Seit dem 20. Jahrhundert, mit dem Aufkommen neuer, insbesondere synthetischer Drogen, sind diese Substanzen zu einem Problem für die gesamte Gesellschaft geworden. Obwohl dieses soziale Problem die gesamte Bevölkerung betrifft, ist das schulische Umfeld ein Ort, an dem die Auswirkungen noch schädlicher sein können, da sie einen sehr wichtigen Teil der Bevölkerung, die Jugendlichen, betreffen. Vor diesem Hintergrund soll in dieser Studie untersucht werden, was die Schüler der siebten Klasse der Schule Divina Providência über Drogen wissen, welche Mittel sie nutzen, um sich über diese Substanzen zu informieren, und ob sie jemals psychoaktive Substanzen konsumiert haben.
