A webdoc tentam explorar ao máximo as possibilidades que a Internet pode oferecer a um formato de comunicação documental. Os conteúdos transmedia podem ser interligados de forma não linear, semelhante a uma rede, e disponibilizados ao destinatário de forma interativa. Em comparação com os formatos documentais tradicionais, as características da transmedialidade, interatividade e não linearidade alteram a forma do conteúdo, bem como a sua estruturação. Assim, o papel de um destinatário passivo muda para o de um utilizador interativo. Neste contexto, é necessário criar uma nova dramaturgia para o documentário web. Com base nos fundamentos teóricos do documentarismo, da narratologia e da ludologia, este trabalho desenvolve um conceito dramaturgico que permite organizar o conteúdo documental do documentário web de forma não linear e disponibilizá-lo de forma dinâmica.
