O objetivo deste estudo exploratório foi investigar a transformação da gestão moderna de recursos humanos através da evolução da formação tradicional em diversidade para incorporar facetas da cultura, como herança e língua, no ambiente ocupacional moderno. É ambição do investigador que este estudo e as suas implicações gerem insights sobre a natureza entrelaçada dos elementos internos e externos da diversidade e da cultura dentro das organizações; o futuro da formação em recursos humanos como algo mais orgânico e informal; a expansão da internacionalização para além da seleção de tópicos superficiais; e a natureza fluida da diversidade num panorama mediático em constante mudança.
