La combinaison de PG, PEG-1000 et d’huile d’olive dans les nano-gels/émulgels nasaux de DPH peut être utilisée avec succès pour une délivrance contrôlée ciblée. Les formulations optimisées ont une excellente perméabilité et un temps de séjour prolongé sur la surface des muqueuses, ce qui prouve leur bonne activité anti-histaminique dans le cas de la rhinite allergique.
