Die Arbeit besteht aus einer Untersuchung zum Thema: 'Die Zeit, die Kinder fernsehen und ihre Beziehung zu ihrem Verhalten in der zweiten Klasse der Grundschule in Juliaca, Puno-2014'. Das grundlegende Anliegen des Problems ist es, festzustellen, welchen Einfluss das Fernsehen auf das Verhalten der Schüler in der zweiten Klasse der Grundschule hat, dessen Vorteile das Interesse und das Bewusstsein der Eltern und Pädagogen wecken, um den Erziehungsprozess in Richtung einer angemessenen Nutzung des Fernsehens als nicht destruktives Erziehungsmittel für Kinder und Jugendliche in Puno zu lenken.
