Das Buch stellt das Potenzial der WebQuest-Methode für den Literaturunterricht vor. WebQuest ist eine forschungsorientierte Aktivität, bei der einige oder alle Informationen, mit denen die Schüler interagieren, aus Internetquellen stammen. Die Arbeit ist das Ergebnis einer qualitativen Fallstudie, die mit 31 Schülern der 12. Klasse einer öffentlichen Schule in São Luís/Maranhão (Brasilien) durchgeführt wurde. Im Laufe der Studie werden die Herausforderungen und Möglichkeiten der Methodik im Hinblick auf das Interesse der Schüler an der Diskussion des Werks Perto do Coração Selvagem (Nahe der wilden Brust) von Clarice Lispector untersucht. Die Arbeit stellt WebQuest als eine der Möglichkeiten vor, die heute im Internet angebotenen Ressourcen zu nutzen, die zweifellos das Lernen und das Interesse der Schüler am Lesen literarischer Bücher fördern können.
