Mit einer empirischen Forschung in einem größeren Finanzinstitut wird nachvollzogen, wie sich neben einer technisch-methodischen Seite des Projektmanagements ergän­zend eine eigene ,Reformrealität’ des Entscheidens ausbilden kann, deren Beitrag darin besteht, in der Organisation plausibilisierte Um­welterwartungen in anschlussfähiger Art und Weise zu konstruieren.
