Ziel dieser Studie ist es, das Verhalten von Jugendlichen und Heranwachsenden in Bezug auf ihre effektive Teilnahme am Sportunterricht an öffentlichen Schulen in der Stadt Pato Branco (PR) zu analysieren und zu prüfen, ob die im Unterricht entwickelten Aktivitäten zum Aufbau von Wissen beitragen, das der Lebensqualität dient. Es wurde versucht zu analysieren, warum sich die Schüler unmotiviert, diskriminiert und nicht entschlossen genug fühlen, um effektiv am Sportunterricht der Oberstufe teilzunehmen, da das Fach Sport vielleicht mehr als jedes andere Fach die Möglichkeit bietet, die Art und Weise, wie der Lehr- und Lernprozess geplant wird, wesentlich zu verändern. Als wir den theoretischen Rahmen untersuchten, der dieser Analyse zugrunde liegt, führten wir eine deskriptive quantitative Studie durch, wobei wir als Grundgesamtheit Gymnasiasten aus zwei staatlichen Schulen in der Gemeinde Pato Branco verwendeten.
