Diese Studie wurde an einer Stichprobe von 710 Schülerinnen durchgeführt. Ziel der Studie war es, die Unterschiede im Entwicklungstrend der motorischen Fähigkeiten von Schülerinnen im Alter von 14 bis 18 Jahren zu ermitteln. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass einige Fähigkeiten im Alter von 14 bis 18 Jahren ungleichmäßig zunahmen. Die besten Ergebnisse erzielten die Schülerinnen im Alter von 15 Jahren, danach stagnierten sie oder nahmen leicht ab. Der größte Rückgang der Ergebnisse wurde beim Gleichgewichtstest und beim statischen Krafttest festgestellt. Die erzielten Ergebnisse lassen sich durch die allgemein geringere körperliche Aktivität der Schülerinnen, die unzureichende Wirkung des Sportunterrichts und allgemein durch das unzureichende Engagement unserer Gesellschaft bei der Lösung dieser Probleme erklären.
