In welcher Weise wird das Handeln der Akteure in der Schule im Sinne einer strukturierenden Struktur bestimmt? Welche Muster des Handelns lassen sich rekonstruieren? Unter Rückgriff auf die dokumentarische Methode ergeben sich aus den Orientierungen der beiden schulischen Akteursgruppen Schüler und Lehrer neue Erkenntnisse: Beide Gruppen scheinen auf je eigene Weise an einem ’zeremoniellen Rollenspiel’ beteiligt zu sein, in dem die aktuell propagierte Programmatik von Schule zur Aufführung gebracht wird. Gleichzeitig werden aber gerade durch diese Praxis eben genau diese Ideale und Leitziele konterkariert.
