Der „Cercle de Réflexion pour le Développement en Afrique' (CRDA) ist ein Verein, dessen Ziel es ist, sich mit den wichtigsten Fragestellungen im Zusammenhang mit den aktuellen Entwicklungsherausforderungen der französischsprachigen Länder Afrikas und insbesondere der Demokratischen Republik Kongo auseinanderzusetzen. Dieses dritte Heft zum Thema „Gute Regierungsführung in der DR Kongo' gliedert sich in die folgenden fünf Hauptthemen:- Sind die in Washington unterzeichneten Friedensabkommen gescheitert? Wenn ja - was ist dann zu tun? - Welche Wirtschaftsdiplomatie ist für die kritischen Mineralien der DR Kongo angebracht? Trägt die kongolesische Kultur zur Entwicklung bei? - Die DR Kongo ist ein Land, das sich durch Reichtum und Armut auszeichnet. Wie kann sie zu einem aufstrebenden Land werden?- Warum ist die DR Kongo mit ihren kritischen Ressourcen nicht in der Lage, zum wirtschaftlichen Giganten Afrikas zu werden?
