The Think Tank for Development in Africa (CRDA) is an association dedicated to examining the key issues related to current development challenges in French-speaking African countries, particularly the DRC. This third report, which focuses on good governance in the DRC, is organized around the following five main themes:- Have the peace agreements signed in Washington failed? If so, what should be done? - What kind of economic diplomacy should be pursued regarding the DRC’s critical minerals? Does Congolese culture contribute to development? - The DRC is a country marked by both wealth and poverty. How can it become an emerging economy?- Why is the DRC, with its critical resources, unable to become Africa’s economic giant?
