Angesichts der Anforderungen des 21. Jahrhunderts und der Bedürfnisse des Landes ist klar, dass das Unterrichtssystem an der Fakultät für Medizin und Pharmazie eine gründliche und verantwortungsvolle Reflexion über seine Rolle in der Gesellschaft erfordert. Unsere Arbeit dokumentierte die Schwächen des Lehrsystems. So schlagen wir hier, aufbauend auf den Stärken dieser Institution, ein innovatives Projekt zur Verbesserung der Lehre vor. Es ist eine Tatsache, dass trotz institutioneller Schwierigkeiten und Ressourcenproblemen dort, wo der Wille vorhanden ist, etwas Bereicherndes und Effizientes aufgebaut werden kann!
