Da der Arbeitgeber gegenüber seinen Arbeitnehmern eine Sicherheitspflicht hat, kann er haftbar gemacht werden. Zunächst werden wir die rechtliche Natur der Sicherheitspflicht untersuchen: Mittel- oder Ergebnisverpflichtung? Im zweiten Teil dieses Werkes werden die materiellen und personellen Mittel näher erläutert, die dem Arbeitgeber zur Erfüllung seiner Sicherheitspflicht zur Verfügung stehen.
