L’activité physique est un élément bien établi du programme de santé publique qui a fait l’objet d’une attention croissante ces dernières années. Malgré les lignes directrices de l’OMS (2016) sur les niveaux recommandés d’activité physique et les avantages bien connus d’une activité physique régulière, il est prouvé qu’un grand nombre d’élèves sont toujours considérés comme inactifs. Cette étude visait à déterminer les connaissances des élèves et des enseignants sur l’importance de la participation à l’activité physique, à découvrir les facteurs influençant la participation des élèves à l’activité physique et à donner des suggestions sur les moyens d’augmenter la participation à l’activité physique parmi les élèves.
