Determinar a exportação de sustentabilidade em produtos da indústria plástica halal e as suas implicações na balança comercial e na absorção de mão de obra no caso do país asiático. A sustentabilidade na vida halal é um dos objectivos mais elevados dos princípios de Maqasid as-Shariah (Os Objectivos das Decisões Islâmicas), que visa preservar e promover o bem-estar das pessoas, salvaguardando a fé, a vida, o intelecto, a descendência e a riqueza. As políticas governamentais relacionadas com impostos, regulamentos, leis e incentivos afectam o clima empresarial das exportações. A Lei n.º 4 de 2021, relativa à ratificação do Acordo ASIAN sobre o Comércio Eletrónico, regula a ratificação do Acordo ASIAN sobre o Comércio Eletrónico, assinado pelo Governo da República da Indonésia e pelos Governos dos Estados-Membros da Associação das Nações do Sudeste Asiático em 22 de janeiro de 2019, em Ha Noi, no Vietname. Para que as exportações sejam mais competitivas na região da ASIAN, o Ministério do Comércio emitiu regulamentos para facilitar a obtenção de tarifas preferenciais na região da ASIAN. Este novo regulamento está contido no Regulamento do Ministro do Comércio número 32 de 2022 relativo às disposições de origem dos produtos indonésios.
