Sin embargo, para que este sea un proceso exitoso y pueda contribuir al crecimiento económico de las industrias creativas como la audiovisual en la ciudad es necesario hacer una revisión de la ley, para establecer el escenario y el ambiente en el cual se están desarrollando, para poder comprender cuales son las fortalezas, las debilidades y lo retos que hay que enfrentar para que en un futuro existan las condiciones adecuadas para que estas industrias crezcan y sean capaces posicionarse y sostenerse en el mercado.
