Sein subjektive Wohl-Gefühl mag den objektiven Vorstellungen des Umfelds und des Betreuer gegenüberstehen ... und der Betreuer muss, unter Berücksichtung seiner Haftung, eine Entscheidung treffen. Hierzu werden ausführlich rechtliche Bestimmungen und zahlreiche gerichtliche Entscheidungen auf (fast) tägliche Situationen angewandt. Ferner wird ein Umfrage unter Betreuern, Richtern, usw. durchgeführt. 13 Fälle sollten dahingehend bewertet werden, ob der Betreuer den Willen des Betreuten berücksichtigen soll/kann - oder auch nicht. Abschließend werden zwei aktuelle Fälle besprochen: die Vermietung eines leerstehenden Hauses gegen den Willen des Betreuten und eine Bluttransfusion gegen den Willen des Betreuten.
