Jedoch gibt es bislang nur wenige theoretisch fundierte Publikationen, die sich mit der Entwicklung und Verbreitung von Talent Management (TM) als Managementkonzept auseinandersetzen.Der Auszug us der wissenschaftlichen arbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Stellenwert von Talent Management im organisationalen Kontext und beleuchtet den Begriff 'Talent' in seinen diversen Ausprägungen. Zusätzlich werden theoretische Bezugrahmen dargestellt, die Talent Management in das Unternehmensgefüge integrieren.
