Die vorliegende Arbeit soll sich daher mit der Frage nach der Bedeutung des Berufs in der heutigen Zeit beschäftigen. Dazu wird in erster Linie der historische Weg zum modernen Beruf mit aktuellen systemtheoretischen, berufssoziologischen Betrachtungsweisen aufgezeigt. Im weiteren Verlauf wird die Kopplung zwischen Wirtschaft und Pädagogik im Verständnis von THOMAS KURTZ vorgestellt sowie abschließend pädagogische Anknüpfpunkte mittels eines skizzierten Beispiels diskutiert.
