Well, I hoped you enjoyed my first cookbook and learned a thing or two. My ideas are meant to be simple and tasty. This is for those who work hard and have little time to cook, who are not that confident of a cook, and even those who love to cook and just need a few ideas that will impress their friends and more. You will find that almost all my dishes are quick and easy, and if you get all the fresh ingredients and take a little time, you will be surprised how well your cooking will be. I also hope you enjoyed my pictures and stories. They are but a tiny part of my life experiences, and in my next book, there will be many more, as I feel that they gave me inspiration to love food and cooking, and I hope they inspire you also. Good food and wine are not just to be enjoyed at restaurants; you can bring them into your homes and have as much fun as I do.
