CUADERNO NÁUTICO 03, dedicado a la construcción amateur de un velero, el DELFÍN 35-IRF, detallando el método a emplear, las herramientas y los materiales. Se explican dos tipos de construcciones, debido a que existen dos MÉTODOS en la construcción del casco del tipo sándwich, formado por dos capas de laminado una interior y otra exterior, con un núcleo de madera en el primer método y de espuma en el segundo. Embarcación insumergible con recuperación de la flotabilidad IRF. Una embarcación diseñada tipo IRF, ante una inundación, extraería el agua del interior al mar, de forma natural sin necesidad de ninguna bomba de achique. La característica principal de las embarcaciones IRF, es garantizar una navegación segura.
