Introduction : le choc est un syndrome caractérisé par une hypoperfusion tissulaire généralisée, avec une hypoxie cellulaire due à un faible apport d’oxygène, à une consommation accrue d’oxygène ou à une utilisation inadéquate de l’oxygène. Cette étude a été menée pour déterminer les facteurs de risque prédictifs de décès chez les patients en état de choc. Méthodes : l’étude était observationnelle, longitudinale et prospective sur les facteurs de risque prédictifs de décès chez les patients en état de choc, au cours de la période allant de décembre 2021 au même mois de 2023 dans l’unité de soins intensifs 8B de l’hôpital chirurgical clinique 'Hermanos Ameijeiras'.
