Waarschijnlijk niet, want Henry Ford zei daarover: 'Denken is het zwaarste werk dat er is, wat waarschijnlijk de reden is waarom zo weinigen zich ermee bezighouden.' Alhoewel ik van een profesionale dammersloopbaan al vroeg heb afgezien, moet het me wel van het hart dat voor mij het zakenleven altijd dammen was. Die prestatiedrang opgedaan bij het dammen heeft me enorm veel geholpen bij het zakenleven. De bedoeling van dit boek is de mensen duidelijk te maken dat het dammen een zeer gunstige invloed heeft op het mentale karakter van de toekomstige zakenman.
