Methodisch kontrolliert generiert sie Einsichten in die Erzeugungsbedingungen des Bekennerschreibens, wie es bereits gesellschaftlich präformiert vorliegt. Die Forschung geht der Frage nach, ob das Attentat in Hanau und die dahinterliegende rechtsextremistische Gesinnung auf einen Einzelfall reduziert werden kann oder ob beide Phänomene bereits gesellschaftlich präformiert vorliegen. Diesen Punkt transzendiert die Analyse, indem sie aus dem konkret vorliegenden Bekennerschreiben den Prämissen der objektiven Hermeneutik folgend Strukturmerkmale und Mentalitäten des „Neuen Rechten Milieus' abstrahiert und empirisch fundiert.
