'Dark Rooms' è tratto dall’omonimo cortometraggio realizzato e prodotto nel 2015 dalla 'Compagnia Teatrale Fantasma' per la regia di Daniele Antonio Battaglia, che è anche l’autore della sceneggiatura illustrata in questo libro dove due giovane Jimmy e Michelle, (fratello e sorella) si ritrovano a condividere, insieme a degli sconosciuti, le psicopatiche attenzioni di un folle killer. Nel libro c’è anche 'Superficialità', altro cortometraggio del 2015 della Compagnia Teatrale Fantasma, sempre per la regia di Daniele Antonio Battaglia, dove si racconta di come tante volte nella vita ci possano essere dei paradossi drammatici.
