Avec l’augmentation considérable de l’utilisation des appareils mobiles, il y a un intérêt croissant pour le développement de nouvelles technologies plus efficaces qui utilisent moins de ressources et offrent à leurs utilisateurs plus de temps pour les utiliser. Dans ce travail, nous montrons comment nous avons développé un algorithme pour construire un nouveau régulateur de fréquence afin de gérer l’énergie utilisée par l’unité centrale de traitement d’un ordinateur. Une comparaison a également été faite avec le régulateur actuellement utilisé dans les distributions Linux sur le marché, et le nouveau régulateur s’est avéré tout aussi efficace que ceux déjà utilisés dans les versions actuelles du noyau Linux.
