Youth behavior is dynamic and changing over the period. Youths are aware of utility maximization due to technology, resources availability, surrounding environment etc. They are mobilizing all the available resources to develop themselves. Policy makers planners, economist, academicians are interested in youth behavior. In current era, modernization, technology, world policies are continuously affecting on youths’ life. They are offered many opportunities in globalization era. Youth must choose number of future opportunities to make them good human resource for future. Parents are investing in youth education, health, clothing etc. Number of things such as vehicles, cell phone, good cloths and food is offered by parents for future development of youths. It is the job of the youths to utilize all the inputs which are provided by family, community and government etc. Youth maximize their payoff subject to different kinds of risks. Sometime risk is maximized to get higher payoff. Not all youths want to maximize gains in study and carrier.
