La comunicazione è essenziale per promuovere una sana convivenza in tutti i contesti e deve essere pianificata per fornire un messaggio che generi dialogo e tolleranza tra le diversità all’interno delle istituzioni. In questo contesto, l’obiettivo di questo lavoro è stato quello di elaborare un piano di comunicazione interna per promuovere la tolleranza verso la diversità sessuale e di genere all’interno di un ambiente scolastico. Il canale scelto per trasmettere questo messaggio sono state le lezioni tenute agli studenti. Agli insegnanti sono stati inviati anche contenuti via e-mail, in modo che potessero diffondere le informazioni su questo progetto ai futuri studenti, se lo ritenevano pertinente. Questo piano è stato convalidato perché gli stessi studenti hanno ritenuto che questo canale potesse essere un agente per promuovere la tolleranza nell’ambiente scolastico e che il contenuto del messaggio dato fosse della massima importanza per la loro vita personale e professionale.
