La communication est essentielle pour promouvoir une coexistence saine dans tous les contextes, et elle doit être planifiée afin de fournir un message qui génère le dialogue et la tolérance entre les diversités au sein des institutions. Dans ce contexte, l’objectif de ce travail était d’élaborer un plan de communication interne pour promouvoir la tolérance de la diversité sexuelle et de genre dans un environnement scolaire. Le canal choisi pour véhiculer ce message a été les conférences données aux élèves. Les enseignants ont également reçu un contenu par courrier électronique afin qu’ils puissent diffuser l’information sur ce projet aux futurs étudiants, s’ils le jugent pertinent. Ce projet a été validé car les élèves eux-mêmes ont estimé que ce canal pouvait être un agent de promotion de la tolérance dans le milieu scolaire et que le contenu du message délivré était de la plus haute importance pour leur vie personnelle et professionnelle.
