O principal objetivo deste estudo é analisar as práticas de comunicação utilizadas pelo ProGEM/GIZ, a fim de identificar o seu impacto na população da Comuna Rural de Kourni. Para isso, adotamos um método misto: quantitativo e qualitativo. Os resultados obtidos mostraram, em primeiro lugar, que quase todos os entrevistados estão suficientemente informados sobre a questão da migração irregular de mulheres através das actividades de comunicação realizadas pela ProGEM/GIZ/Zinder. Em segundo lugar, os resultados comprovaram a participação da população nas diversas ações de comunicação. Em terceiro lugar, estes resultados revelam uma participação significativa da população em atividades de comunicação, motivada por vários motivos: para estar informada, para aprender e para ouvir.
