Le comportement du consommateur a fait l’objet de nombreuses recherches et est considéré comme un sujet très pertinent dans le contexte de la société et du marché de la consommation. En effet, les consommateurs deviennent de plus en plus exigeants et les organisations doivent donc s’adapter à cette nouvelle réalité, en recherchant constamment l’innovation et la qualité dans leurs offres de produits et de services et, surtout, en satisfaisant et en conservant la loyauté de ces clients.
