Il est nécessaire d’examiner de nombreux aspects de la technologie tels que les méthodes d’impression, les facteurs affectant l’adoption de la technologie et la revue de la littérature dans la première section. La deuxième section de cet ouvrage est consacrée à la méthodologie de recherche. Un échantillonnage raisonné a été utilisé pour sélectionner un échantillon de 11 entreprises, dont 10 ont accepté de participer à l’enquête. Les données ont été collectées au moyen de questionnaires envoyés par courrier électronique à 10 entreprises. Les données collectées ont été analysées de manière descriptive à l’aide de pourcentages et de moyennes. Les données analysées ont été présentées sous forme de tableaux et de graphiques. 75 % des entreprises ont adopté l’impression 3D à partir de 2008.
