Pietro Migliozzi, fotografo italiano nato nel 1976, ha sviluppato un interesse per la fotografia di moda, paesaggio e lifestyle, catturando momenti di rara originalità e bellezza. Dopo aver frequentato corsi di fotografia a Canterbury e Milano, ha iniziato una carriera professionale nel campo della fotografia di moda e commerciale. Trasferitosi negli Stati Uniti, il suo interesse per la fotografia di moda mostra una visione della modella come persona reale, umana, ben lontana dalle immagini stereotipate della fotografia più commerciale. La sua esperienza americana lo ha arricchito, permettendogli di inserire la figura umana in un contesto di desolazione che risulta straniante e, talvolta, sottolinea l’inquietudine del vivere. Pietro Migliozzi ha saputo sfruttare al meglio le tecnologie digitali per creare composizioni immaginifiche con l’arte del bianco e nero, che sono state raccolte in questo libro.
