In December of 1986 Tommy and Luann Shields along with their three children Becky, Julie, and Tyler felt the call of God to come and pastor. Their first service was on Julie’s ninth birthday. They are still pastoring today. Bro. Shields and Sis. Shields are honored to serve the Worthington church. Their favorite, other than revivals, is the church dinners. They love to taste each item carried in and they want to share some of these recipes with you.One of the best cooks was our daughter, Becky. All agree she had a special touch.She dedicated her life to working in the church. At the age of twelve she was teaching Sunday School, leading the singing in the church, and throughout her short life she was a faithful worker for the Lord.On December 3, 2004, Rebeca Ann Shields Eads, age 30, was called home to be with her Maker. We miss her so. Some days we feel we can not make it without her, but we have a promise that someday we will be with her again. This book is a collection of the churches favorite recipes.
