It gives me a good reason to visit every state.'Each capitol has its own unique beauty that reflects the state’s personality when it was built.The most breath-taking aspect of the Colorado capitol is the grand staircase of polished brass.There are several works of art honoring women who contributed during the early days of statehood.Beginning with a quilt that shows various women and how they served their community, to stained-glass honoring Frances Jacobs and Emily Griffith for their contributions.Other stained-glass windows honor the diverse population of the state.
