La notion de formation des enseignants a été conçue de différentes manières au fil du temps, allant de l’idée de formation aux conceptions actuelles d’un processus plus large et plus continu. Nous savons que cette formation doit inclure le développement d’une pratique réflexive compétente par le biais d’un apprentissage qui se déroule dans des situations pratiques prenant en compte le contexte dans lequel les pratiques éducatives sont insérées, devenant ainsi la possibilité de créer des espaces de participation, de réflexion et de formation. Dans cette perspective, le développement professionnel des enseignants est considéré comme un processus qui implique non seulement la formation initiale et continue, mais aussi différentes méthodes de travail qui favorisent l’échange d’expériences, le partage des connaissances entre les enseignants et consolident les espaces de formation mutuelle. Dans ce sens, la collaboration s’est avérée particulièrement importante. Dans ce travail, nous avons cherché à étudier les conceptions de la formation et du développement professionnel des enseignants dans le contexte d’un projet de collaboration afin de répondre à la question suivante : comment et sous quels aspects un projet de collaboration université-école peut-il contribuer au développement professionnel des enseignants ?
