Cognitive Sovereignty: The Neuro-Physiological and Quantum Foundations of Telepathy and Remote ViewingBy Dr. Nabil HamidaA Definitive Scientific Inquiry into the Mechanics of Non-Local Consciousness'Cognitive Sovereignty' marks a paradigm shift in the exploration of human potential, offering a rigorous, multidisciplinary investigation into the physiological and quantum dimensions of consciousness. Moving beyond traditional anecdotes, Dr. Nabil Hamida establishes a robust bridge between Quantum Mechanics, Neurobiology, and Parapsychological phenomena. This treatise is a foundational pillar for the next evolution in cognitive science, transforming the 'unseen' into a subject of measurable, empirical inquiry. At the core of this research is the revolutionary 'Mental Gravity Hypothesis.' Departing from outdated 'Radio Wave' models, Dr. Hamida proposes that Telepathy and Remote Viewing (RV) operate through a form of selective cognitive attraction. This theory addresses the 'Selectivity Problem,' explaining how a sender achieves resonance with a specific receiver amidst billions of minds through a gravitational-like cognitive pull. The author introduces the 'Ultrasonic Thought Wave Transduction' theory, suggesting that internal mental monologues generate high-frequency fluctuations-Ultrasonic Mental Waves-capable of being transcoded by the temporal lobe of a synchronized receiver. This bridges the gap between thought and physical acoustics, providing a physicalist framework for the 'Mental Echo' phenomenon. In a groundbreaking application of physics, this work introduces the 'Doppler Effect in PSI Perception.' This mathematical metaphor explains signal distortion in mental communication, positing that the relative 'motion' of emotional intensity shifts the 'frequency' of the received telepathic signal. Coupled with 'Aura-to-Aura Duplication,' the book details how successful ESP involves a temporary synchronization across a shared Bio-informative Field.A significant portion of this research explores Cardiac Intelligence and Cellular Memory. Dr. Hamida identifies the heart as the primary 'Metaphysical Transducer,' suggesting it acts as a vital antenna for non-local information transfer, often surpassing the cerebral cortex in telepathic reception.Validated by longitudinal experimental protocols, including the '1,200km Trans-Wall Experiment,' this work explores the 'Universal Cognitive Hub.' It provides a biochemical roadmap for ESP, focusing on Adrenergic and Cholinergic arousal. Furthermore, it integrates Psychokinesis (PK), analyzing how mental intent induces involuntary muscular activity in others.By integrating applied science with profound theological insights, Cognitive Sovereignty establishes a new paradigm in Empirical Metaphysics. It offers a roadmap for understanding the bio-energetic foundations of the human experience, asserting that 'supernatural' faculties are innate physiological functions waiting to be unlocked. This edition invites researchers and thinkers to reclaim their cognitive autonomy and explore the vast, untapped expanses of the human mind.
