2 Jahre lang haben wir Patienten untersucht, die aufgrund hypertropher unterer Nasenmuscheln symptomatisch waren. Insgesamt wurden 94 Patienten untersucht. 51 Patienten (24 Frauen, 27 Männer), die sich einer CO2-Laserablation unterzogen, und 43 Patienten (22 Frauen, 21 Männer), die sich einer BEC unterzogen, wurden rekrutiert. Zum Vergleich des präoperativen Zustands und der postoperativen Ergebnisse wurden die NOSE-Skala und der VAS-Score verwendet. Auch die postoperative Morbidität unter Verwendung des Endoskops wurde untersucht.
