Dans cet ouvrage, un nouveau modèle cloné pouvant être transféré aux plantes afin de les rendre tolérantes au sel a été présenté. Actuellement, l’ouvrage comprend la récupération de la séquence génétique à partir d’une base de données et la conception d’une amorce spécifique. Amplification du gène sélectionné à l’aide de l’amorce conçue et clonage du produit amplifié par des stratégies de clonage TA. Le gène cloné a été transformé dans E. coli DH5α à l’aide du vecteur pRSET-A afin d’exprimer le gène. Les résultats ont montré que l’E. coli transformé tolère un certain niveau de salinité. Les recherches actuelles suggèrent clairement une approche sans prétention pour résoudre les problèmes tels que le stress salin. Ces informations seraient très utiles pour comprendre le clonage moléculaire des gènes responsables de la tolérance au sel dans l’environnement naturel.
