Cette étude a tenté d’examiner l’effet de l’utilisation des techniques d’enseignement virtuel en classe (VLIT) et d’enseignement virtuel à distance (VDT) sur la capacité d’écriture des apprenants EFL par rapport à la technique d’enseignement traditionnel (TT). L’analyse statistique des résultats a révélé qu’il existait une différence statistiquement significative entre les aptitudes à l’écriture des apprenants EFL qui ont participé à l’enseignement traditionnel, à l’enseignement virtuel en direct et à l’enseignement virtuel à distance. Une analyse plus poussée a indiqué qu’il y avait une différence statistiquement significative entre les scores de gain d’écriture des apprenants dans les trois groupes. En résumé, les résultats ont révélé l’effet positif et motivant de la technologie en général, et du VLIT et du VDT en particulier, sur les capacités d’écriture des apprenants d’anglais langue étrangère.
