'Claire’s Workbook' has evolved over 25 years’ teaching experience with students from 4 to 72 years of age, and started as single-sheet handouts for use during class. The workbook was developed when these worksheets which were developed specifically for students in a class environment were compiled in a logical sequence. These were developed and improved, then bound together to help students organize their work. This workbook is also recommended as a useful preparation for secondary or high school level music courses. Claire’s MusicWorkBook® now covers all of the typical theory requirements of the major examining boards of music from introductory to intermediate stages. The teaching pages are liberally interspersed with exercise pages to reinforce the concepts introduced. Included is a glossary of Italian and other foreign musical terms. The appendix includes practice pieces, scales and 50 music pieces. More ambitious students can progress with little supervision. This book supercedes Ed.ISBN 0954440633
